These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and any purchases made from NÉIA (www.neiaoil.co.uk). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old;
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
  • You will not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without notice if misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on working days (Monday–Friday). NÉIA operates primarily via email, and messages are answered in the order they are received.


Products, Authenticity & Imagery

  • All products sold by NÉIA are 100% authentic.
  • Occasionally, items may be supplied without original packaging or with minor cosmetic imperfections. This will always be clearly stated and does not affect product quality.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to photography or screen settings, particularly for fragrance and cosmetic products.

Orders, Availability & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Adding an item to your basket does not reserve stock.
  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Currency conversions shown by browsers or third-party tools are estimates only.
  • We reserve the right to amend prices, correct errors, or cancel orders where pricing or product information is incorrect. Any cancelled orders will be fully refunded.

NÉIA does not offer price matching.


Payments

We accept payment via Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and PayPal.

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
  • We do not store your card details.
  • Any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Delivery & Security Checks

  • Orders may be subject to additional security or verification checks.
  • If verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
  • In rare cases where shipping costs exceed the amount paid, we may contact you to request the difference prior to dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


Consumer Rights & Returns (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods.

Important: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance oils, cosmetics, and personal care products are non-returnable if opened or used, unless faulty.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if items are:

  • Faulty;
  • Damaged;
  • Not as described.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.


Order Management & Promotions

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or cancel large or bulk orders;
  • Refuse delivery to alternative or high-risk addresses;
  • Withdraw or refuse promotional codes at any time;
  • Cancel orders containing inappropriate or offensive gift messages.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be amended or cancelled.


Stock Issues & Substitutions

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will:

  • Offer a suitable alternative; or
  • Issue a refund for the unavailable item.

No additional compensation will be provided.


International Orders & Customs

For orders delivered outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees;
  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


Missing or Delayed Parcels

  • UK orders: please allow up to 15 working days from dispatch before reporting a parcel as missing.
  • International orders: please allow up to 30 working days from dispatch.

After these timeframes, we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your personal data is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order or where legally required. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
