Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchase options, including one-time purchases, bundles, limited drops, subscriptions, and any recurring delivery options offered by NÉIA.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended once it has entered processing.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it at our discretion. We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun.


Subscription & Recurring Orders

If you have purchased a subscription or recurring delivery option:

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel future deliveries at any time via your customer account

  • Changes must be made before the next billing or dispatch date

  • Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a standard order

Any successfully cancelled subscription payments will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.


Bundles & Limited Drops

For bundles, discovery sets, or limited-edition drops:

  • Orders cannot be partially cancelled

  • If cancelled before dispatch (where possible), the entire order must be cancelled

  • Once dispatched, standard Returns & Refunds terms apply


Pre-Orders (if applicable)

If an item is sold as a pre-order:

  • You may request cancellation before dispatch for a full refund

  • Once the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible

Estimated dispatch dates are provided as guidance and may change.


Refunds Following Cancellation

If a cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


Right to Refuse Cancellation

NÉIA reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests where:

  • The order has already been processed or dispatched

  • The request falls outside applicable cancellation windows

  • Repeated cancellation abuse is suspected
