UK Delivery Information
Getting your NÉIA order to you quickly and seamlessly is a priority for us. We deliver nationwide across the United Kingdom with fast, reliable options and complimentary shipping on qualifying orders.
Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days) – £2.49
- Next Day Delivery (Before 12pm) – £4.99
- Free Standard Delivery – Orders over £40 (2–3 Working Days)
- Free Next Day Delivery (Before 12pm) – Orders over £70 (1–2 Working Days)
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
For Next Day Delivery, please place your order by 12:00pm, Monday to Friday.
European Delivery
We deliver to all EU countries at fixed, transparent rates:
- Large Letter (3–5 Working Days) – £7.99
- Small Parcel (3–5 Working Days) – £9.99
Orders are categorised as Large Letter or Small Parcel based on size and weight.
All European orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Order Processing
Our fulfilment team operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day
- Next Day Delivery orders placed after 12:00pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.
If tracking updates don’t appear immediately, your parcel is already on its way, updates will follow shortly.
